My name is Glenn Calder.
Through my company GM & SM Building Services, I have been building homes around Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast for over 30 years.
I am passionate about providing my clients with the highest quality of work possible and do this through a collaborative approach - working directly with clients, architects and designers on the project; from planning and budgeting, to the finest finish details.
I am on site throughout the entire building process, through challenges and all, to turn your vision into reality.
I am approachable and readily available - keeping you informed and up to date every step of the way to ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded.
I work alongside my son Matthew who is a skilled and experienced builder. We work as a team with our customers, providing you with both a quality build and quality service.
